S482.3; 用微量注射器分别吸取不同浓度的杀虫剂氧乐果、溴氰菊酯和吡虫啉50 μL涂抹于桃树叶片上,24 h后测定桃树叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量.试验结果表明:氧乐果和溴氰菊酯导致桃树叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量下降,类胡萝卜素含量上升;吡虫啉则使叶绿素含量上升.
