中小学数学教师具有丰富的教育经验和独立的自我意识,他们的日常学习目的明确,且具有文理交叉的特点。结合这些特点,从典型心理效应的角度来看,中小学数学教师的日常学习需注意以下问题:选择积极的教育经验;保持清醒的学习认识;树立全面的学习目的;采取复合的学习思维。
