随着社会的进步和国民经济的发展,人们对体育锻炼更加重视,全民健身的理念已经深入人心。在游泳训练当中,经常会有疲劳的情况出现,怎样才能更为快速、高效的让运动员身体得到恢复,继而获得更好的训练效果,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文首先分析了游泳疲劳的特点,继而探讨了游泳训练疲劳恢复活动的作用,最后总结了具体的恢复方法。
