the swedish version of the international trauma interview measures two latent factors reflecting symptoms of ptsd and disturbances in self organization. ptsd symptoms were most strongly associated with measures of fear, anxiety, and insomnia, and dso symptoms with measures of depression, general psychiatric distress, greater functional impairment, and reduced quality of life. the swedish version of the international trauma interview shows promise as a method of assessing icd-11 ptsd and cptsd (1) 1

TEPT de la CIE-11 | Two 'sibling disorders' have been proposed for the 11th version of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11): Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (CPTSD). The definition of CPTSD includes the six PTSD symptoms but is distinguished from PTSD on the basis of an additional set of symptoms that reflect 'Disturbances in Self-Organization' (DSO). DSO symptoms are defined by three clusters: affective dysregulation (AD), negative self-concept (NSC), and disturbances in relationships (DR). This study assessed the performance of 16 DSO symptom indicators from the International Trauma Questionnaire | TEPT-C de la CIE-11 | ICD-11 Complex PTSD | Disturbances in Self-Organization (DSO) | perturbaciones en la autoorganización (DSO) | ICD-11 PTSD,ICD-11 复杂 CPTSD ,自我组织失调(DSO),项目反应理论 | ICD-11 PTSD | item response theory | teoría de respuesta al ítem | PSYCHIATRY | DISORDERS | CLASSIFICATION | MODEL | PSYCHOLOGY, CLINICAL | FIT | PROPOSALS | STRESS | VALIDITY | Validity | Post traumatic stress disorder | Quantitative psychology | Mental disorders | Questionnaires | Classification | Bereavement | Emotional Regulation | Shame | Americans | Survivors | Motor Traffic Accidents | Males | Self Destructive Behavior | Self Report Instruments | Diseases | Emotional Numbing | Self Concept | PTSD Assessment Instruments | Interpersonal Interaction | Adults | Complex PTSD | Females | Guilt

social support | Postraumático | 感知社会支持 | stress disorders | perceived social support | Apoyo Social | 应激障碍 | Posttraumatic stress disorder | Individuals with a presentation of Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) tend to exhibit particularly low levels of perceived social support (PSS), compared with individuals not presenting with CPTSD. Lower PSS was found to have a statistically significant unique association with the likelihood of presenting with CPTSD. Intervention aiming to improve PSS could be particularly helpful for some individuals with CPTSD, especially those with disturbances in relationships | 复杂创伤后应激障碍 | CPTSD | TEPTC | PTSD | TEPT | Apoyo Social Percibido | Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático | Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático Complejo | 创伤后应激障碍 | 创伤后 | Trastorno de Estrés | 社会支持 | posttraumatic | complex posttraumatic stress disorder | PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES | PSYCHIATRY | SYMPTOMS | PSYCHOLOGY, CLINICAL | COGNITIONS | STRATEGIES | BONFERRONI | ATTACHMENT STYLE | PREDICTORS | MULTIDIMENSIONAL SCALE | EXPOSURE | Post traumatic stress disorder | Social support | British | PTSD (DSM-5) | Males | Unemployment | Emotional Numbing | Hypervigilance | Self Concept | Arousal | Interpersonal Interaction | PTSD (ICD-11) | Adults | Complex PTSD | Social Support Networks | Adolescents | Females | Avoidance | Intrusive Thoughts | Emotional Regulation | Survivors | Reexperiencing | Pessimism | Predisposition | Guilt | Stressors
