TG251.2%TB331; 利用涂覆铸造技术,在灰铸铁表面以WC颗粒增强相/高铬铸铁复合制成耐磨衬板,与球墨铸铁、中锰耐磨铸铁对比试验和装机运行表明,复合材料的耐磨性有较大幅度的提高.在复杂的服役条件下,复合材料衬板的耐磨性具有良好的组织基础,制作工艺简单,有实际应用价值.

TG135; 采用高频感应熔覆工艺制备不同WC含量的Ni基合金涂层,研究分析WC的晶粒度及其分布对合金涂层金属性能的影响.结果表明:高频感应熔覆工艺可以制备出组织结构均匀、组织缺陷少,硬质相完整的合金涂层;合金涂层中存在WC硬质相的晶粒聚焦现象,未熔化的WC颗粒与镍基合金形成固溶体提高了涂层的组织性能,增加了涂层硬度.
